Soulja Boy will end up going platinum! What are the f*cking odds? SMH.
Rocko… damn rocko. For a hot single, people are just not rollin. Maybe its the Jeezy flow? No? I’m going to MySpace him… se what the other songs sound like.. I may buy the next one.

Webbie is a shocker… so is Shawty Lo. The power of a single. Which is why I’m surpirsed at Rocko’s number.

BUT… if there’s any cancellation… soundscan is a complete joke. You can cheat it all day… everyone knows that.

cosign The Truth re: the check cashing Rocko did before he even dropped the album…They will never re-coup that money! They should have went with Tomorrow as the single….that goes fairly hard. Oh well hope he spends it wisely.

You cant sell 100’s of thousands of records when you’re only know in your hood…your region…etc. I have west coast friends who are like “Rocko Who?” “Shawty Lo Who?”

It might help cats image to if they stop repping ATL so hard b/c “new” artist out of here are bricking hard and ATL rap really isnt being respected right now as a whole!

and rap music isnt slowing up, downloading is just speeding up. People arent willing to spend hard earned money on an album with 1 or 2 songs worth listening to. Artist need to keep tighter holds on their music. (i.e Gnarls Barkley)

The average music listener and movie goer (who downloads) doesnt take into consideration all the people behind the scene who have to be paid as well……song/script writers, producers, engineers, lawyers, etc It’s much bigger than these coon artist who get a couple of dollars and go throw it up in the air at Magic City…people trying to eat and house families off this industry!

Tell em why you’re mad. Let me find out… u went hard in here UMMMM… Im so not mad. I dig.

I didn’t even know people still downloaded. Maybe thats bc I dont do iPods. ::shrugs:: I MySpace and listen… then buy. :)
