How did you find out about TMA?

A friend of mine told me abt TMA back when yall didn’t update as much and most of the news was So So Def. Haha.

What are your favorite sections of TMA?

My favorite sections of TMA are the Gossip Girlz posts. They post the most. However, the best part of TMA is the videos: behind the scenes and JDs YouTubes. Although lately, those have been a bunch of nothing. Real talk.

What can we add to make it hotter?

Honestly, you all have a good thing going- especially with the video access. You may want to consider getting state representatives. If something pops in a city, y’all should know and have footage… not only if JD happens to be there. Also, events like All-star and Spring Fest, y’all should be on top of that. Shit, you can be the Perez Hiltons of hiphop in terms of being ‘in the know’ and relied upon but with an All Hip Hop vibe in terms of not being a gossip site. That was long… but I’m sure you feel me. Then you can tax for advertising and get paid. There’s no blog right now totally killing the hiphop game like Perez does. And he’s caked up. Arbitrage opportunity… get money. I would if I had the resources and the TIME.

How did you get the name TheHustleHER?

Hahaha. Well, me love Cassidy long time. He’s nice. And his annoying ass song was my joint. It just has so much ego! Also, I used to hang around a bunch of real hustlers. I’d be the only chick chillin at 3am… rippin and running. But school was my thing and often that hustle isn’t respected. I can relate to so many aspects of life and I don’t know what “something” I want to do becuase I feel like can do everything. So I said, I’m claiming this. All the fellas were screaming “I’ma hustla”… No, I’m THE HUSTLEHER- by any means I deem necessary.

What does it mean?

Hmm… it means everything. I say “I’m probably something like you’d think I am, but I’m everything I claim to be.” I’m the shorty on the team with her own dough, and degree in the mini and 5 and a half inch pumps that still will bust your ass in craps. It just means I’m a female, I’ve been here and there and regardless to what, I’m going to get mine… and I want it all! Period. The HustleHer. That’s me. I claim that.

Where are you reppin?

Boston, MA. I’m a Roxbury kid.

What asset can you bring to TMA? (on air, correspondent, feature writer? Music critic? Etc…)

I can do everything. Why restrict myself? I know my music. I’m a drama queen- always has jokes. A one woman show… give me the assignment and watch me breathe life into it. I’m so for real.
