If you’re watching MTV right now, you see the pre-show for the VMAs. After having a Biggie moment, Diddy just announced some nominees to which Danity Kane was one of them.
I wonder if it crosses his mind that they are platinum, and only have had ONE single? I wonder if he knows he dropped the ball on his flooding the market scheme?
Then MTV had an American Idol moment for Donnie Klang (think Dondria’s YouTube around her city). Now how the hell does Diddy get that promo?? I’m convinced he has MTV whipped! Let’s keep it real… we waited TOO LONG for “Since You’ve Been Gone” by Day26– arguably the best song on the album. (Yes, still pissed about that.)
Seriously though, what happened to Bad Boy!! I was so a fan when I was a kid. I remember in the Bad Boy lobby he had some poem written around the top of the walls in the room when you stepped off the elevator. I was so amped to brag to my friends that I’d even been in the lobby!!
I thought he was the shit….
Now he can’t even follow through. Yet, he gets on MTV promoting the Bad Boy family like Donnie Klang won’t be lucky if he even gets to drop his ONE single before his September 2nd release. You know Diddy probably has an album on the way. ::smirk:: Afterall, you see Diddy’s cameo in the vid. Is this the track he teased Donnie of keeping for himself on MTB4?? LOL… wouldn’t doubt it.
Then my mother comments (literally this second), “Looks like a video about Diddy… corny video too.” The video ends and she yells, “Corn video!!” Then Diddy yells, “The video is crazy!!” And she yells back at the television, “The video sucks!!” AMAZING. Can’t even sell my moms.
I’m disgusted. Can you tell?

Ps. Does Donnie have on Diddy’s old leather jacket? I could have SWORN he had one just like it.
Diddy does/did have that jacket. && who knew DK was Platinum? According to Aubrey O’days blog, they’re poor. Possibly because the tour flopped.
Nonetheless Diddy has the chance to rebuild Bad Boy with Danity Kane, they’re the only ones making money for him right now… aside from himself. It wont be the Bad Boy that we once knew… but it will be a pop market driven bay boy which will be fine.. he tried to do that with Dream but they had other legal issues..
NE jr. aka Day26 needed to have released something after that camcorder video they had for Got Me Going..
Though the New Diddy has more $$$ ; i wount mind having the old Puffy back.
I agree DK is bad boys saving grace at the moment. The girls are talented however diddy doesn’t seem to know how to promote them. I don’t believe the whole aubrey being broke story though. I know they did not get any money for the first album but I’ve seen a couple of interviews were they stress the point that they got new management, lawyers etc. Those chics got a denim line, comic book, and Aubrey’s ass got a t-shirt line so somebody’s lying. I think it’s a sympathy thing to get more album sales. Music in general is going towards a pop genre and R&B and Rap are taking a back seat. Diddy’s just trying to stay relivant and make money.
yea i think diddy still needs to step it up also he best at promotin himself though and cassie. did u guys see that trailer for the video.
