Mariah Carey is her own replacement.

E! News has exclusively confirmed that the Grammy winner has found a different role for longtime talent manager Benny Medina and will now be representing herself.

Carey and Medina, who have worked together for more than five years, both say that they will continue to collaborate: Medina’s Handprint Entertainment will continue to develop content for, and with, the singer, but Carey’s own Maroon Entertainment will be managing her career.

Initial reports from outlets such as the New York Post’s Page Six and the New York Daily News said Tuesday that Carey, 38, had dumped Medina, possibly Medina had been “courting” his former client (and reported Carey rival) Jennifer Lopez.

But Carey and Medina turned to E! to clear up the speculation and explain the terms of their new relationship.

“Press Reports have not been accurate,” Carey said in a statement. “Benny Medina and I will continue to work together on projects both present and in the future. I’m looking forward to working with Benny on what we have been developing, and to his continued involvement in my creative life.”

Mariah and Nick are in marital bliss and they are everywhere these days. First they were married in the Bahamas, video in Hawaii, and now cruising the Tyrrhenian Sea aboard a luxury yacht…and I for one love it!

And just when you thought they were going to take a break (from taking a break)…Mariah is expected to perform at the fifth annual Fashion Rocks concert in New York City on September 5.

That’s what I’m talking bout…ENJOY LIFE!

Mariah Carey-Cannon performed at the 2nd Annual Samsung AT&T Summer Krush event in Los Angeles last night. MiMi rocked a sexy black tank top with a black leather skirt, black leggings, and a pair of super-high black heels during her performance. Likey? Or No Likey?  

I’m also hearing that she recently purchased a multi-million-dollar love nest for herself and husband Nick Cannon in the West Indies and the estate was a mere $5 mill. I’ll keep you posted on this one..

After vacaying in the Bahamas, Mr. & Mrs. Carey-Cannon hit up Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

The couple requested a meet-and-greet with the most famous couple at all of Walt Disney World — Mickey and Minnie Mouse. The two power couples posed for photographs at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Walt Disney World’s flagship resort.

During the meet-and-greet with Mickey and Minnie, Mariah rocked true Disney fashion — with Tinker Bell earrings and a designer t-shirt that depicted Mickey and Minnie in a loving smooch.

After meeting Mickey and Minnie at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa during the early-evening hours, the cheery newlyweds planned to top off their evening in fairy tale-fashion, by taking in the fireworks show — entitled “Wishes” — that takes place in the Magic Kingdom high above the iconic Cinderella Castle.

 Ahhhh LOVE is in the air…
